PXK PRBBS ASSOCIATION. New Yobk, November 5. A Colombian warship ehelled Bogota and killed 11 Chinesp. The American commanders at Panama have ben ordered to maintain peace, and prevent bloodshed. This ii interpreted to mean that Colombia will not be permitted to interfere.
