WAR OFFICE REFORM.
FEB PBESS ASSOCIATION. Melbourne, November 6. Sir G. S. Cl-wko, the State Governor, has received a cable from Mr Balfour, summoning him to return to England to foim one of three to inquire into the working of the war office. He leaves on the 24th.
