PROPOSED EXCHANGE.
FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Dunedin, October 28. A suggestion was made at the City Council to-night to secure the site of the Anglican Cathedral, adjoining the Town Hall, for a free public library 13ite, giving in exchange the old CemeI tery Reserve in Arthur-street, forming part of the town belt.
