Far Press Association. Bbbliv, October 17. Herr Leids, the editor of the Norwaerts, who was recently released on biil but not discharged, has been sentenced to nine months 'imprisonment for insulting the Kaiser by publishing the story of the Spandau stronghold. Leids declared he was convinced of the authenticity of the letter giving the story, but declined to reveal the name of the writer. K&lmski, the 00-editor, was sentenced to four months for libelling Herr TJ. de Troth, maishal of the Grown Prince's Court. Three Socialist provincial editors, including a member of the Reichstg, have received sentences for reflecting seriously on the Boyal family.
