At a meeting of the Oity Council, a letter was received from the health ( fficer statiDg that certain persons whc.Rß house was condemned and duly pulled down had since that time been living in a stable on tha same property They were sharing the stable with a horsp, and the general condition of the place wi.s veiy bad. It was, Dr. Magill said, evident that the stable must also ba removed as unfit for human habitation. It was decided to notify the owners of the buildings referred to to have the same pulled down by October 31st.
