Oae was fired upon near Ri.'o. Desperate fighting occurred between three bands and 600 Turks at Sel'zp, in the Dibra district. The insurgents had 50 casualties. Colonel Boris Sarafoff, the Macedonian leader, with 600 men, arriving, surrounded the Turks, only 40 of whom escaped, the remainder being killed. London, October 13.
