In the evidenee today Dr. Ohapple stated that deceased had spoken to him about meeting Mrs Winter to obtain a miscarriage, but ha had advised her against such a step. Mrs Winter said she had spoken to deceased about her condition, but there had been no suggestion of procuring [abortion.
