OKATO.

(From pur Own Correspondent). Oh Friday, October 2nd, a social to wind up the football season was held in the district. The affair was a great success as regards an enjoyable evening, though the attendance was only fair. On Friday, October 9th, a successful concert was given by the Diamond Minstrels in aid of the cricket club funds. Great sympathy is felt for Oaptain Knight and his family for the loss they have sustained through the death of Mrs^Knight.
