SCARLET FEVER OUTBREAK.
PUB PRKSS AHSOOUTrCN. Timaru, October 5. ; Six cases of scarlet fever are r->portod at Burke's Pa*s, the first cuse occurring three weeks and the last five days ago None of these w?re reported to the nearest doctor at Fairlie till Saturday. The School was ordered to be closed, The infection is said to have been conveyed by a convalescent patient from Timnru.
