« f fSU FRKBS association; Wellington, September 25. At the Arbitration Court to-day the Cooks' and Stewards' Union took action against the Union Company for enforcement of the award in regard to payment for overtime, The Court reserved its decision.
The Society of Carpenters and Joiners took actiou uguiiiat Thomas McCarthy for alleged failure to comply with the award, but as McCarthy bad not been informed of the manner in which he was supposed to have transgressed an adjournment wafe granted.] A complaint by the Tailoreßsaa' Union that A, Braham Levy, manufactLrer, had failed to pay piece work at the standard fixed by the log was partly heard.
