(From our Own Correspondent). A quiet wedding took place here last week at Mr Schinckel's picturesque residence. Miss Lavinia M. Schinckel, Mr Schinckel's second daughter was the bride, and the fortunate bridegroom, Mr W. Hodson, fourth son of Mr F. Hodson, of Tataraimaka, Mr 0. Hodson was best man, and Mies Schinckel bridesmaid. The father gave away the bride, and the ceremony was solemnized by the Rev. John H. White, At the beautifully spread breakfast following, congratulations, with expres ions of esteem and goodwill were heartily given and responded to, and later tbe happy pair drove away en route to Wanganui for their honeymoon. Mr and Mrs Hodson are to reside at Okato
