JUDICIAL ARRANGEMENTS.
PUR PRESS ASSOCIATION. Wellington, September 18. Justice Chapman takes over the presidency of the Arbitration Court, but it has not been settled whether he will act in that capacity at the sitting of Court in Wellington next week, Justice Coopsr will take on the dutios of puisine Judge in Wellington, and Justice Edwards succeeds ex-Justice Conolly on the Auckland circuit.
