ALASKAN BOUNDARY COMMISSION.
REE PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, September 16. The Alaskan .Boundary Commission has opened, and is hclding daily sittings in London, Lord Alverstone presiding. Sir R. B. Finlay, AttorneyGeneral, in his opening speech, explained that the disputed territory was of extreme value to Canada as affording access to the Pacific. He declared that the United States boundary had been drawn in ostentations defiance of the treaty of 1825,
