The Times in commenting on the significcance of the Barton Government's defeat on the Arbitration Bill, condemns the efforts of the Labour Party to build a Chinese wall of solid legislation round Australia to keep the country for their exclusive benefit and enjoyment; and adds that the results of the States reproductive works conducted ucder labour inspiration is not calculated to increase colonial credit or to encourage capitalists to. provide money to develop its wealth.
