THE PLAGUE.
FEB PBEBB ASSOCIATION. London, September 9. The Daily Mail reports eleven cases of plague at Marseilles, seven being fatal. It is supposed the disease was imported fr. m Constantinople in a cargo of rags. Pekin, September 9. Plague is raging at Nmanweyn, 18 deaths occurring on Sunday. No sanitary control is exercised and the dead are left unburied.
