PfIJR PHKSS ASSOCIATION. DuKBorN, August 28. The Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Oommittfe to-day decided to reconsider the design and si'e for the memirial, the proposed arch being objected to as overshadowing the Queen Victoria statue in the Triangle. The amount subscribed fo far is £lslß.
