Per Press Association. WiLLTNOToir, August 27. }_ In the Supreme Court Edward B&ndle, for breaking and entering, was sentenced to eighteen months' imprisonment; Arthur Court, for forging a telegram, received twelve months; Harold Bay, for false pretences, two years. John Frederick Jones, for false pretences, ard William Daniels, for attempted breaking and entering, were remanded, as further charges are pending. Judge Edwards to day gave a de cieion holding that opium imported prior to passing of the Opium Prohibition Act comes uuder the provision of the Act, thus reversing the decision of the Stipendiary Magistrate,
