Loyal Eitham Lodge, P.G's. Bros, Hardy ami S auners. Loyal Opuuaka Lodge, N.G. Bro, McFie. Tbe application from Loyftl Opunake Lodga to hold alternate meetings, at llahotu was approved of. The management levy for the ensuing half-year watt fixed at Is per member. Deputies were requested to bring before their respective Lodges the question of holding annual meetings only. The followiog nominations for office were received: -For Provincial Grand Master: Bro. F. Amo-,re, For Deputy Grand Master: P.GV. Bros. Nelson (Siratford), Roberts (Fgmont), Hick* (Hawera), Wilson (Manaia), Hancock (Midhirst), Hardy (Eitham), McGahey (Egmont), Oleland (New Plymouth), and Ford (Egmont). New Plymouth, Stratford, and hawera were nominated for the next annual meeting, and on a vote being taken Hawera had a majority. It was then unanimously agreed that the meeting should be held during Exhibition week, in February, 1904. , A very cordial vote of thanks was accorded Loyal Eitham Lodge for the handsome entertuotmnt aocoided the visitors.
The meeting decided that the annual celebration of the District and Lodge should be held at Eitham on an early date in 1904.
