SHOOTING SEASON, 1903 (From let May to 31st July.) rpHE Shooting Season for Native Game A (excepting kaka, pnkeko, tui, hula, white heron, and crested grebe) and Imported Game in the District, consisting of the Counties of Taranaki and Clifton (excepting the Mount Egmont Forest Reserve. Kaitake Banges, being sections 168 and 170, in the Oakura District, and Paraninihi or White OliSs Reservation) will commence on the Ist May and end on 31st July, both days inclusive. Tn the Mount Egmont Forest Reserve, being the area within the circumference of a circle having a radius of six miles from the summit of Monnt Egmont, the shooting of Native and Imported Game is strictly prohibited at all times.
