PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. London, July 27, Following on Mr Cbamborlain's exposure of Gartr-any's intention to refuse the favoured nation treatment, Reuter states that notes ave being exchanged between London and Berlin with a view to regulating commercial relations.
The Northumberland miners, attending the annual picnic at Morpeth at Mr Beart's passed a resolution expressing their firm adherence to the existing fiscal system and declared that Mr ObaDiberiain's proposals would lrad to the swift dissolution of the Empire.
