MB. MAXWELL'S ANTI-CRUSADE.

MEETING AT WAITARA. Os WeJac.J ,y evening Mr E, Maxwell gave a ij'.gthy address at Waitara, in which he re-iterated bis arguments against harbour extension, his viewß whereon tbe public are already familiar with. Tbe following resolution was carried : -That this meeting emphatically protests agaicet any further rating powers being glinted to the New Plymouth Harbour Board, on the follow-
