FOUNDATION LAYING,

ARRANGEMENTS FIXBD. PEE PBESS ASSOCIATION. Sibatfokd, July 23. The Hon. 0. H. Mills has definitely decided that hu will lay the foundation stone of the Stratford Technical School next Thursday. At the wish of the Chairman of the Taraoaki Education Board he will be presented with a silver trowel by the builder, and addresses will be delivered by the Chairman of the Education Board, the Chairman of the Stratford District High School, the Mayors of Stratford, Hawera, and iDglewood, and the Ohaiiman of the Stratford County Council. Afternoon tea will be provided by the ladies of Stratford, and it is hoped the function will be a provincial success.
