OUTBRE4K AX NOUMEA. Per Press Association. Received 21,1.33 a.m. Noumea, July 20. An epidemic of plague has broken out at Roudy, near Pam, 280 miles from Noumea, among.it the native" population, and 25 deaths are reported. The Governor has taken stringent precautions to quarantine the infected locality. The gunboit Meurbhe left Noumea to-day with doctors and scrum. None of the white population are affected.
