THE PREMIER'S VIEWS. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION, Wellington, July 17. A deputation from the Educational j Institute waited on the Fremier to-day to urge the necessity of the Teachers Superannuation Bill, The Fremier said he recognised the need of something bting done, but it; meant a contribution of a considerable j sum to start a fund on a proper basis.! The scheme was now being looked into by to'U'ries. In his opinion the best! thing was to pay better safaris?, and so enable teachers to pay a larger amount to the fund, and save a lump sum being rrquired. He would look into the matter.
