CHILMAN'S EXTENDED.
Messrs Bewley d Griffiths, inform us that in connection with the auction on Thursday next of Ohilman's suburban sections, it has bsen decided to group most of the small sections into •ere lots at reduced prioes. The remaining small sections will also be sold in blocks of not less than |-acre. This will entirely do away with the objection of some investors that a portion of the. property had been cut up in too small areas, and will further tend to make the position of this property a unique one amongst the Few Plymouth suburban areas, It has a'so been decided to reserve 20 feet at the back of each of she 1-acre sections tint front Rimustreet, and dedicate it to the holders of these sections as tenants in common for the purpos9 of a back entry for oarting coal, firewood, etc, These are improvements which should tend to greatly facilitate business, and put purchasers on a very much better footing. As there are few localities S3 desirable from a residential point of view, the sale should be a great success.
