Pierpont Morgan's entire collection, valued at six million dollars, has been offered to the projected National Art Gallery of New York, with money to build a wing to contain it. Other collections are promised, also a million dollars for main'enance. Receive! 14,1.1 a.m. Washington, July 13. President Roos vols replied to King Edward as follows:—"I thank you most cordially for your kind message, "and sincerely and gratefully spprrciate the courtesies which tha officers of the Auurion fleet have received at the hands of Your Msjesty and the English people.
