ANOTHER OPERATION. PER PBESS ASSOCIATION. Rous, July 10. Towards morning the Pope experienced greater difficulty in breathing. Tbe discomfort increased, his depression and his pulse is weaker. An operation was performed, and the doctors J extracted two pounds of eerohematic fluid. The patient's respiration and heart action i mmediately improved. Latir, The bulletin this evening states that the Pope secured Fome hours of painleps rest, his pulse baing regular and his condition unchanged. | It is stated that the examination of : the l'quid suggests that the pleuritU is rheumatic in character.

Mazzoni and Noesoni declare that the cure of the pleurisy ia impossible, and that an operation ia necessary, but the present weakness of tin Pontiff is a great obstaole to it* perfoimaLce. Owlog to the oondition of the Pope the visit cf King Viotor Emmanuel to Paris has been postponed till Bep!«m--~ ber.
The Pope is so active that he has disregarded the injunctions of his medical advisers to remain in bed, and often walks, with assistance, to an arm chair, where the doctors generally find him. When ordered to return to bed, in reply to remonstrances by the doctore, he said he wished to die standing. He took beef tea and egg last night, and there is a prospect of the patient passing a quiet night. BELIEVED BY OPERATION. Reoeived 13,1.15 p.m Rome, July 12. The evening bulletin states the Pops passed a fairly quiet day in bed. His pulse is stronger and spirits better. Tbe level of the liquid remaining after the operation is stationary.
