Fiett,. a railway fhunter, charged with stealing goods from the railway sheds, pleaded guilty at the conclusion of the for the prosecution and wag remanded till Tuesday for sentence. Probation was applied for, The Magistrate ordered a report, adding that ha could not hold out much hope of probation boiug grantod. The Crown Prosecutor opposed probation on the gsouiid that accused participated in an organised conspiracy to loot tho railway i h da. The case .-.gai.-st Hiddleston and anothe railway hand was h ard, and both w.'ie convicted and for sentence.
