It was not surprising, therefore, thit on Friday evening the attendance should again have bean very large, close on £26 being taken at the doors. Mr Ryan a'so contributed a solo which was received with much applause. The Maori village proved a great attraction, and the beautifully carved work (kindly lent by Mr Butterworth) was greatly admired. A MATINEE TO DAY, which will commence at 2.30 p.m., and should be attendel by a large number of country people and others who have not yet had an opportunity of swing and hearing the remarkably clever items given by the natives.
