IHK FIRST IN AUSTRALABI4. FIB PKESS ASSOCIATION. Wanginui, July 2. A public trial of tbe new fire engine imported for the Fire Brigade took place this afternoon in the presence of a large number of people. The engine, wh ch is tbe only mo'or Engine in Australasia, cost £IOOO, and is captble of pumping 24,000 gallons of water per hour. Water was thrown about twenty feet tbe fUg pole of the new post office.
