There were 869 entries from all parts of the Island. Three North I«land championships were d cidef, J. Currie (Wulli: gion) securing the ohumpionship in Minorcas, W. B. Mc Kenzie (Wellington) in pigeo:is (judged by W. H. Smith, of Sydney), with a black hen turbir, and J. M. Thompson in canaries with a dark-cre3!ed Norwich.
