With reference to direct shipments of Nev Zealand wools to 'ha continent the proposal* in connection with the mat'er and of arranging a direct steam line, hava been submitted to tbe European principal?, and it is understood that if the scheme is evolved, producers, in Nev Zealand will receive cash down for their wool. While the t'ade in crossbreds is not, perhaps, at pre=rnt, foreign buyers believe it can ba largely devslupaf?.
