We ' understand such special terms of pur- ' chase will be offered that the ability to | acquire sections will be within ! reach of all. It may safely be said that co more important sale of property 'so close to the town has taken place | and those on tho look-out for sections should ba on the alert when the plans ! and particulars are issued. The steady and solid progress the town is making is attracting the attention of outside < buyer?, who do not appear to hesitate l in speculating in land, so strongly are ' they convinced of the future prosperity of the town. This should give a greater 'stimulus, if one is needed, to looal investore.
