The Department of Industries and Commerce has received the following cablegram from the Agent-Genera), dated London, June Bth. -Tbe importations of Argentine mutton into the United Kingdom during May were: 29,669 carcases knded at London, 136,809 at Liverpool, 17,881 at Hull, 19,240 at Newcastle, 10,146 at Cardiff, 2787 at Southampton, 1574 at Plymou h. The average price*was 3|i per lb. i Of Argentine lamb 3999 cumses were landed at London, 1360 at Liverpool, 1852 at Hull, 2010 at Newcastle, 2032 it Cardiff, 200 at Southampton, 100 at Plymou'h. The average price was 4Jd. I Of Arg3titine butter, 13,252 cwts were landed at LondoD, and Liverpool. , The average prioe w»s 90s per cwt.
