PEB PBKW ASSOCIATION. Eeceiyed 9, 11.8 pm. Losdon, June 9. A Court-martial convic'ed nine rfficers of the 21st Lancers stationed at Dublin for "ragging" Lieut. Willows, a Colonial, for not joining in amusements. The commanding officer was blamed for an error of judgment one major being ordered to resign, and another, with two captains and four lieutenants, being censured and their promotion stopped.
