ESTABLISHMENT OF EMPORIUMS. RB PBBBS ABSOCUTION, Received 28, 10.44 p.m London, May 28. Mr Seddon has cabled the Daily Fxpress that the Government proposed to buy a meat brand, and ship it to tbe Commissioner in the United Kingdom, where he will establish emporiums in the big manufacturing centres for selling at cost price. He states that the first shops will be opened at Cardiff, Manchester, Liverpool, and Glasgow, and he expresses a hope that this bold experiment will command sympathy, and dissipate the opposition of meat, rioge, and the ignorant prejudices of the public.
