U3ION TIMBER CO. V. SABH k DOOR COMPANY. The Oourt did not sit on Thursday morning, as counsel iq, this case intimated that a settlement had been arrived at. From Mr Quilliam we understand that the terms of the settlement are as follows: —The Sash and Door Company to p\y fh9 Ucion Timber Company ;£360 of .£450 and interest at 5 per coot, from the maturity of tbo p.n.; the Union Timber Company to carry out their agreement in full in obtaining the consents from the Railway Department. IN BANKRUPTCY.--Before District Judge Kettle. IN THE BANKRUPTCY OF WILLIAM MILLER WOGDHEAD. On the app'icition of Mr Kerr, on behalf of the Official Assignee, an order in the nature tf habeas corpus by Judge Kettle was made for the production of the bankrupt by the keeper of the gaol at the first and other meetings of creditors.
This concluded the business in the Oourt.
