MASTERS OERTIFiCATE SUSPENDED PBE PRESS ASSOCIATION. I Wellington, May 13. A migisterial i< quiry into the s'randing of the steamev Mokau off the Manawa'u Ri?ar at 1.30 on the in-ru-ing of May Ist,-was held today. The master attributed the mishap to having been misled by the Foxton light, which he dgh'ei at midnight in fine weather.
