DAMAGES FOR TRESPASS.
FEB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, May 19. In the Supreme Court to-day the case of Wyli9 and Cj. v. Eirtholomew Bros, was heard. It w«s a claim for SIOO damigrs for trespass, and for an injunction restraining defendants from cutting timber at Piripiri. The claim arose cut of a boundary dispute. Judgment \va3 given for pliinuffis, but the question of damages was left over to be asceit.-ir.ed.
