Speaking at a dinner given to him last night, Mr Eins9lla said he had not received tbe support he was entitled to. Other countries were combining scientific investigation with tha practical work of instruction in dairying, but as far as he could see New Zealand was not much further ahead in scientific vvork than on the day the first expert came to the colony.
