PAYMENT OF COLONIALS,' m FRKBB ASSOCIATION. London, May 12. Surgeon-Majjr Bakewcll, of New Zealand, reiterates in the Times his statement that the War Office has still not settled the claims of colonials who served in South Africa. Captain Mylne, of the New Sonth Wales Bushmen, has confirmed the statement. TRANSVAAL LOAN. Received 13,11,59 p.m. London, May 13. Thirteen applicants for the Transvaal loan for amounts under .£2OOO receive nothing. Thosa for .£2OOO and upwards receive two aLd six-tenths per cent.
