HB FKKSS ABBOOUTIOX. Chbibtchurch, April 22. The application for a writ of habeas torpu* in the case of Arthur Holmes, obarged with committing a fraud at Bradford, was granted yesterday by Judge D.nniston on the ground that the provisiooal warrant disclosed no offence against accused, therefore giving the magistrate no jurisdiction. The Grown Prosecutor stated that further evidence had been obtained and accused would be re-arrested as soon as liberated.
