fbs rav« association. Nelson, April 22. H. Swanson, a publican at Richmond, was charged with supplying liquor on Sunday. He admitted supplying the liquor, bat believed the person lived more than three miles from the hotel. It was proved he re aided only two and a quarter miles away. The Magistrate said defendant acted straightforwardly, but had not taken reasonable precautions. Defendant was fined 20', and the license was endorsed.
