ARLTUNGA GOLD FIELD.
Par Press Association. Adkuids, March 26. JSharea round Arltunga have sustained a big slump, owing to the receipt of a telegram from a well known expert expressing general disappointwith the mines. Rich ore, he says, is very limited, most of the quartz being barren, and most exaggerated opinions are beld with regard to its valiw. On the other hand, press telegrams state that new reefs at Golden Junction are increasiag in size and richne=s, and o s her claims are producing good results. An iron ore leader was struck in the Junction mine, showing visible gold.
