Captain Pope Hecnessv's ramelry and the Somali Mounted Rifles gallantry charged the enemy's zireba, and, is the face of an array of spears and showers cf poisoned arrows, seized the Lasakante Wells, 35 milts south-west of Bohotlp. The enemy fled to tba bush, leaving 15 killtd and many wounded. Sixteen were also captured. Ooloml Manning's despatch riders reached Bohotle.
