Mr I. L. Kyle notified his intention - of vacating the property held by him nnder lease. The special r.solutiou as to R. Kirki patrick and T. M. Smith, passed at last meeting, was confirmed. Mr A. KnoClock's rent was,reduced - from October Ist, 1902, by £2 10s per L annum, he having turrendered five acres for a school site. - Mr T. S. Weston waitel on the - Board with reference to Mr 0. T. • Bundle's holding and stated that his 1 client would at once do what was required. J. and J. A. ■ Bishop to A. K. Collinf, section 25, Tartyrutangi district. i It was decided to purchase two acres of section 18, block XIV., from Mr A. Knowles for £5 for a school site on the Kahui Road, near Rahotu. Accounts amounting to £49 16s 4d ■ were passed for payment. The Board rose.
