Per Press Association. Sydney, March 3, The Daily Telegraph commenting on Sir Joseph Ward's suggestion that Australia and New Z ahnd should bund together to prevent the forcing down of stocks, says that Sir Joseph Ward, however unconsciously, affirms the prac'idl federal relationship of ths two countries and admits an interdependence which certainly is not to be inferred from New Zealand's general political attitude towards federation. The paper adds that it s»uld have been predicted at any time that New Zealand would be aff c'ed by Aus traliau'x financial conditions. This is what h.s happened.
