Sib, —I beg to erc-oiuh on your valuable and widely-circuiated medium to draw the attention of th'. authoricies to the careless manner in which certain lihery stable-keepers allow their horses to be taken through th'a thoroughfares. It is imposeib'e for a small bay to control abaut a dozen horses, and some day, when a serious accident takes place (of which there seems every probability) something will theti be done to rem:dy the evil..—l am, etc, Thos E.
