PER ASSOCIATION. I Hokitika, February 13. A f econd attempt to float the Hoki-; tika dredge down the river failed. It. grounded about a mile from the wharf, and r.s tho rivrr is falling, the machinery still aboard will probably be punted down. The hull will be demo'ish9d, and floated down for shipment to Ne'son, where the dredge is to be re-erec ed.
