Me. J, G. Williamson's Musical' Comedy Compiny will inaugurate their j Plymouth se-.son at the Theatre Royal oa Thu ed\y evening, February llth, for two r.ights only. In the opening probation "A Runawiy Girl," Mr Williamson confidently anti- ] cipates that he his secured the mo3t! attraetive munc.l play yet witnessed in New Zealand. Its success in Eug-1 land, Melbourne, Sydney, Ad laide, | Wellington, Ohristchui ch, Auckland, and Dunedin has been phenomenal, quise eclipsing any of tho long series of triumphs associated with Mr George Edward#' famous gaiety companies. It is essentia'ly a bright and sparkling piece, with rippling music by Ivan Oaryil and Lionel Mosckton, and offers excellent opportunities for sumptuous staging and dressing. The two nights here, it is expected, will add another triumph to the mtny which the pies* has achieved. The oast is a strong one, supported by a large operatic chorus, orchestra, and ballet. The play, being of a spectacular nature, will be brilliantly mounted. The box plan is now opan.
